Reset the MySQL/MariaDB Root Password Ubuntu

By default, the MySQL/MariaDB installation that ships with XAMPP has an empty root password. This is a serious security risk, especially if you plan to use XAMPP in production scenarios.
To change the MySQL/MariaDB root password, follow these steps:
  1. Ensure that the MySQL/MariaDB server is running.
  2. Open a new Linux terminal.
  3. Use the mysqladmin command-line utility to alter the MySQL/MariaDB password, using the following syntax:
    mysqladmin --user=root password "newpassword"
The mysqladmin command-line utility is located within the bin/ subdirectory of the XAMPP installation directory, typically /opt/lampp.
For example, to change the MySQL/MariaDB root password from its default empty value to the password gue55me, you would execute:
    /opt/lampp/bin/mysqladmin --user=root password "gue55me"
Or, if a password has already been previously set and you’d like to change it to a new one, you can use the following syntax:
    mysqladmin --user=root --password=oldpassword password "newpassword"
For example, to change the root password from 12345 to gue55me, you would execute:
    /opt/lampp/bin/mysqladmin --user=root --password=12345 password "gue55me"
  4. Test that your password change has been accepted, by attempting to connect to the MySQL/MariaDB server using the mysqlcommand-line client in the same directory. For example, you could use the command below to connect to the server and return the results of a calculation:
    /opt/lampp/bin/mysql --user=root --password=gue55me -e "SELECT 1+1"

Remote Desktop Services session timeout Setup in RD Session Host in Windows Servers

If you face a session time-limit policy issue that gets disconnected in the meantime. You can follow the steps below in order to fix the issue, By default, the user’s RDP session in Windows may stay disconnected until the user or administrator terminates, or the computer is restarted. However, it is quite convenient since a user may connect to his old RDP session and go on working with running programs. In order to terminate disconnected RDP/RDS sessions automatically in a specified time period, you need to set session limits (time-outs) correctly. If you are using an RDS server, you will have to configure session time-out parameters from the RDS collection settings in the Session tab menu. You will have to Specify the time period after which you want to disconnect the RDP session. Lastly, a disconnected session option (by default, a session period is unlimited – Never). Windows Local Drive System Migration or Clone Disk using DiskGenius

Preparations for Cloning C Drive Before proceeding to the steps of cloning the C drive to an SSD, you should pay attention to following aspects. 1. The new SSD has enough storage space. It is important to make sure the target SSD has sufficient storage space to receive all data on your C drive, for the cloning C drive process will create an exact copy of installed Windows 10 operating system, applications, and data. If the SSD is not large enough, you should consider cleaning up unnecessary files from the C drive in advance, or you are likely to face low disk space issue on the new SSD. If the target SSD contains files, please also make sure these files have been backed up to somewhere else. That's because everything on the target SSD will be removed during the C drive cloning process. 2. Properly connect the SSD to your computer. You can connect the new SSD to your computer using a USB-to-SATA cable or SSD-to-USB adapter, depending on whether your SSD is internal or external. Just...
